What we collect

You can browse AI Trading HQ without an account. We don't create accounts.

When you submit a community post, we collect what you enter in the form: title, display name, content, optional link, and tags. Please don't include personal or sensitive information in a post.

When you sign up for the weekly email, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, and where you signed up (for example the homepage, footer, or newsletter page). We may also store a hash of your IP address and the browser user agent, so we can limit abuse. We don't store the raw IP address.

How we use it

Community submissions are stored so we can review them. Approved posts, including the display name you chose, are published publicly on the site. We use them only to run the community.

The address is used to send a confirmation message and, after you confirm, one email a week about AI and markets. That email is not advice. Signup is double opt-in: you are not subscribed until you confirm from that message. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Community posts and newsletter subscriber records are stored with Supabase. Review notifications, the newsletter confirmation email, and the confirmed subscriber list are handled with Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Third-party links

We link to news articles, videos, and broker sites we don't control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave AI Trading HQ.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in a newsletter email or in the confirmation email. Unsubscribing stops the weekly newsletter. To have a post removed, or to ask about data we hold, email info@aitradinghq.com.
